Mater Dei Preschool offers an optional uniform for parents to purchase for their children, consisting of a Mater Dei Preschool cotton t-shirt, a Mater Dei Preschool sweatshirt, and/or bucket hat with regulation-standard brim for sun safety. We also offer a Mater Dei Preschool library bag.

Mater Dei Early Childhood Education stands on Dharawal Country and language area that extends from the southern shores of Port Jackson (Sydney Harbour) to the northern shores of the Shoalhaven River and from the eastern shores of the Wollondilly River system to the eastern seaboard.
The totem of the Dharawal people is the Lyrebird, ‘the bird that speaks many languages’.
In the Dharawal Dreaming Stories there are many lessons to be learned and the Dharawal people believe that children learn when they listen to a story.
In one of the Dharawal Dreaming Stories, Wiritjiribin the Lyrebird sought the truth, made the peace, was given the ability to speak all languages and became known as the Peacemaker.
